  • Payment

    Payment methods

    We accept VISA/MasterCard and PayPal for payment.

    When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.

    PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.

    Prices

    Prices are stated in SEK for Sweden, EUR for EU, GBP for UK and USD for rest of the world. Prices do not include delivery charges. All prices include applicable Swedish VAT for customers inside the European Union, while shipping destinations outside of the EU are exempt from VAT. Please choose your shipping country at the bottom of the page, and the listed price will automatically display price including VAT for EU-customers, and excluding VAT for non-EU customers. However, non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country. Import duty, tax costs and customs charges will be invoiced to you directly. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations.

    We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices.

  • Shipping

    Methods

    We ship from Sweden and your order is dispatched within 3 days on regular working days, Monday to Friday. It can be shipped by the Swedish postal service Posten or by UPS. You will be notified at the time of the dispatch by email.

    Please note that our deliveries do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

    UPS

    A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. Please register a phone number when ordering which UPS can use to reach you. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Your package can be tracked at www.ups.com.

    Posten

    Orders with PostNord are free of charge around the world but not trackable. Please order with UPS if you need to receive your order as soon as possible.

    Delivery time and costs

    We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are the delivery times under normal conditions. Expect some extra days during sales and holidays. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination outside of EU.

    • Europe: 3-5 weekdays
    • World: 5-9 weekdays

    You are able to view the correct shipping costs at the checkout page according to your selected shipping country. Shipping methods and costs may change without notice.

    We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

      • The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

    • 3 Your account

      • When you place an order on www.bowclub.se an account will be created in our customer management system. The only information that will be stored is the information you provide to your order such as shipping and billing address as well as email address. If you create an account yourself you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in to your account online and view your order history and track your order.

        If you would like to delete an account you can also contact info@bowclub.se and the customer care team will assist you.

        Please note that an order may be placed without creating an account.

    • 4 Placing order

      • By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

        Before you place an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the “Shipping Confirmation” e-mail.

        If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

      • 4.1 Order confirmation

        Bow Club receives your order when you click the “CHECKOUT” – button in the checkout. When Bow Club has received your order, you will receive an e-mail with your “Order Confirmation” including your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

        Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

      • 4.2 Acceptance and shipping confirmation

        Once the order has been processed, a ”Shipping Confirmation” e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The “Shipping Confirmation” is our acceptance of your order.

    • 5 Product availability

      • Please note that Bow Club cannot guarantee that all the products shown on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase at the time you place your order. In the event the product is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We will refund you the amount of the purchase if we already have received payment from you. Bow Club preserves its right to stop selling a product.

        Sale, special offers and promotions that are advertised on the Website are valid until stock lasts unless other terms are stated in the offer.

    • 6 Colours and product images

      • The products displayed on the Website are reflecting the products’ colours and other qualities as lifelike as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colours. Bow Club cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

    • 7 Prices and shipping charges

      • All prices on the Website are stated excluding shipping charges but including Swedish VAT. The prices may vary between stockists and our Website.

        The prices and any shipping charges shown on the Website may vary from time to time and Bow Club is not bound by the price until Bow Club has accepted the order by sending the “Shipping Confirmation” to you.

        If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the “Shipping Confirmation”), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Bow Club always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

        Please also note the Bow Club may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Bow Club under the condition that you realized or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.

        Shipping charges for your order (if any) are shown at the checkout stage.

    • 8 Payments

      • The following payment methods are accepted:

      • 8.1 Card payment

        Bow Club accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner Mondido. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

      • 8.2 PayPal

        You can choose to pay with your Pay-Pal Credit or through a credit -, debit card connected to your PayPal account. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.

        Please note that when paying with PayPal your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.

    • 9 Shipping

      • Orders within Sweden will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point for collection. We aim to deliver your order within 1 - 4 days from the day you received the “Shipping Confirmation”. Please note that during Swedish National Holidays and sale, orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch. We operate Monday through Friday with exception for public holidays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Bow Club fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

        Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by e-mail and your parcel can then be tracked on www.servicepointinrikes.se.

        DHL will inform you by SMS or e-mail once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for collection.

    • 10 Uncollected packages

      • Bow Club reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages. The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.

    • 11 Right of withdrawal and returns

      • 11.1 Withdrawal

        You have a 14-days legal right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). This means that you are entitled to cancel your purchase your product by submitting or sending notice thereof to Bow Club within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. The notice may be sent in different ways. Preferably, you can use our return form provided together with the delivery. You can also use the standard form that can be found at Konsumentverket’s website.

        Please send the notification to our address at Bow Club, Svärdlångsvägen 53, 12060 Stockholm, Sweden or e-mail it to info@bowclub.se.

        Please note that you of course do not need to use the special forms but may send us a letter or an e-mail to the above-referenced mailing and e-mail addresses including information that you will withdraw or exchange your purchase. If you send us an e-mail, we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us.

        You may wish to keep a copy of your withdrawal notification for your own records.

      • 11.2 Refund relating to the right of withdrawal

        If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 11, Bow Club will issue a refund of the amount paid to Bow Club including any shipping charges you have paid for the delivery from Bow Club to you. Bow Club will pay the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that Bow Club has received the product/s from you or if Bow Club has obtained proof that the products have been sent back to Bow Club. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will not be charged extra if another payment method is used.

        Please note that Bow Club only issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, Bow Club then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund.

        To avoid a deduction, please make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them, with tag and seal still attached. For example, shoes must not be used at all or on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them and clothes may not be used or washed. Any original box must be fully intact and shoes must be returned in their undamaged original shoe box which is considered to be a part of the product.

      • 11.3 Exchanges

        Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 11. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you have exchanged a product, Bow Club will pay the shipping charges for the new product.

        Please note that sale products are non-exchangeable but can be returned with a full refund.

      • 11.4 Shipping charges for returning the products

        Please note that you have to pay for the shipping charges when you return the products in accordance with your withdrawal and exchange right.

      • 11.5 Returning the products

        Upon your withdrawal of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than 14 days after sending your notice.

        When returning, Bow Club recommends that you always pack the product in the same way and in the same packaging as when the products where sent to you.

        Please follow the steps below.

        • Place the product(s) in the original shipping box/bag, or any other solid carton box or plastic bag.
        • Please fill out the return form provided together with the delivery and put in the box or bag.
        • Close the box or bag and tape it securely.
        • Place the return address on the box over the prior delivery information.
        • Return at your nearest delivery point.

        Please note that you bear the risk for the products until it has been delivered to Bow Club. Thus, you should always keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your own records.

    • 12 Defective products

      • If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify Bow Club within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please send the notification to our address at Bow Club, Svärdlångsvägen 53, 12060 Stockholm, Sweden, or e-mail it to info@bowclub.se.

        Please always describe why you consider the product to be defective and please remember to refer to your order number. If Bow Club consider the products to be defective, Bow Club will make a full refund including shipping charges. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (1990: 932).

        When returning the product please follow the steps described above under section 11.5.

    • 13 Bow Club’s quality guarantee

      • Bow Club acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.

      • Bow Club’s ambition is that the Website always shall be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this.

    • 22 Bow Club’s responsibility

      • Bow Club’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will Bow Club assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as government action or omission, new legislation, labour conflict, war or threat of war, major disruptions of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident or other circumstances beyond Bow Club’s control and which Bow Club could not reasonably have overcome or anticipate.

        Bow Club’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order.

        In case of force majeure, Bow Club’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Bow Club can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Bow Club.

    • 23 Provisions severability

      • If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

    • 24 Governing law

      • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden (excluding the international sale of goods act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance.

      The purpose of this privacy policy is for you, as a customer to learn how Bow Club handles your personal data and for you to be able to feel secure that the processing is being carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection law. The privacy policy also describes your rights vis-à-vis us and how you can enforce those rights.     • 2 Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

      The Swedish company Bow Club, reg. No. 890125-2018 (“Bow Club” "We" "Us"), is the controller of your personal data. Bow Club affiliated companies (including other companies within the Bow Club group, joint ventures, franchisees and licensees) and selected suppliers may process your personal data on Bow Club’s behalf and in accordance with Bow Clubs’ instructions as stated below and are thereby processors of your personal data.

    • 3 Categories of data processed, purpose and legal basis for processing

      • 3.1 General

        Below is a summary of the categories of data that we process, the purposes of processing the data and on what legal basis we are processing your data.

      • 3.2 E-tail customers

        When you purchase a product online your name, e-mail, phone number and address (including street name, zip code, city and country) are used to process your order. The data is also processed so that Bow Club can process any returns, exchanges, and complaints as well as communicating with you regarding any questions or comments you may have regarding the product(s). The phone number is collected so that we can send a text message to you when the product(s) have arrived at your pick-up place. The legal basis for the processing is that it is necessary in order for Bow Club to fulfil its contractual obligations towards you.

        You purchase history is also stored so that Bow Club can process any returns, exchanges, and complaints as well as communicating with you regarding any questions or comments you may have regarding the product(s). the legal basis for the processing is a balancing of interests where Bow Club’s legitimate interest is to facilitate the administration of returns, exchanges and complaints.

        Your IP-address is stored for every order placed. IP-addresses are used for fraud risk checks. Bow Club only uses IP-addresses to the extent it is strictly necessary for preventing fraud and the legal basis for the processing is a balancing of interest where Bow Club’s legal interest is to protect itself from fraud.

        Information regarding returns are also stored for accounting purposes. This storing is based on a legal obligation.

        Your contact details may also be processed for direct marketing purposes, namely to keep you informed via e-mail or other messenger services of products, special events or promotions. The legal basis for the processing is a balance of interests where our legitimate interest is to market our products to existing customers. We may use your contact details for direct marketing purposes for up to 12 months after your latest purchase subject to your ongoing right to opt-out.

        Payments made for purchases on Bow Club’s website are processed by a third-party payment service and such third party is the controller of the credit card information and other information relating to the payment. Bow Club does not collect or store any payment information.

      • 3.4 Account holders

        You may sign up to be an Account Holder by subscribing to the services offered by Bow Club to Account Holders. Signing up as an Account Holder is completely voluntary and is not a requirement for purchasing Bow Club’s goods. When you subscribe to become an Account Holder, you will enter into an agreement with Bow Club.

        When you sign up to be an Account Holder, Bow Club collects your name and e-mail to create and administer your account. Furthermore, your phone number and address (including street name, zip code, city and country) is collected and stored to make future purchases quicker and to provide you with relevant information regarding our products. Purchase history is stored to provide you with the possibility to review your purchases and returns and for us to send relevant information to you.

        The legal basis for the processing of your data as an Account Holder is that it is necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation namely a service which includes (i) smoother order placements online (ii) allowing you to access and review previous purchases and returns and (iii) access to relevant information regarding Bow Club’s products and events.

      • 3.5 Newsletter subscribers

        If you have subscribed to our newsletters, we will use your e-mail to send out the newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation, namely the providing of the newsletter. The newsletter will be sent to you until you unsubscribe to the service.

        Direct marketing, other than the newsletter itself can be sent to newsletter subscribers on the same basis as E-tail customers who are not Account Holders.

      • 3.6 Anonymised data

        It can be noted that we may also use anonymised data for our internal marketing and demographic studies to analyse, profile and monitor customer patterns in order for us to be able to improve our products and services.

    • 4 Does Bow Club share your information with others?

      Bow Club does not sell or rent our customers’ personal data to any other entity.

      We may share your data with affiliated companies including joint ventures, franchisees and licensees. If you have subscribed as an Account Holder with Bow Club, we may combine your data provided to us with data that you have provided to such affiliated companies, for the purpose of improving our services to you. The legal basis for the processing is that it is necessary for Bow Club’s performance of the services to Account Holders.

      Bow Club may also share your data with selected suppliers who perform functions on our behalf such as fulfilling orders and delivery of orders, processing payments, carrying out promotional services or data management, to maintain our website, to distribute e-mails, to send out our newsletter, to provide client communications and to manage our customer database. As necessary, the personal data you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Bow Club’s behalf and in accordance with Bow Club’s instructions as data processors. We do not authorize any of our suppliers to make any other use of your personal data.

      If Bow Club and/or its subsidiaries are subject to an actual or potential merger or acquisition or similar transaction, we may share your data with potential and actual buyer(s) and their financial and legal advisers, subject to such third parties undertaking appropriate confidentiality.

      Bow Club may also disclose your personal data to a public authority where Bow Club is obligated to do so by law. In the event all or part of Bow Club’s operations are sold, Bow Club may transfer your personal data to a potential purchaser of the business.

    • 5 Transfer outside of the EU/EES

      We may share your data with our selected suppliers, who may process your data in countries both inside and outside of the EU/EES when performing functions on our behalf as set out in section 4 above.

      If you have subscribed as an Account Holder with Bow Club, we will share your contact details and information on previous purchases and shopping preferences with our affiliated companies both inside and outside of the EU/EEA (please see further under section 4).

      Please note that countries outside of the EU/EEA may not provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data. Bow Club has however taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that the receiving parties of your data in countries outside of the EU/EEA shall provide an adequate protection of your data. Such safeguards may be that the receiving party has joined the Privacy Shield (if the receiving party is a company established in the United States) or that the receiving party has signed so called standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission.

        Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Bow Club reserves the right to keep and process your personal data in accordance with this policy to the extent necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you, and to the extent we are required to process your data by law or in order to defend ourselves in a dispute, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

      • 6.2 E-tail customers

        Your e-mail may be saved for up to 12 months from the last purchase for direct marketing purposes, subject to your ongoing right to opt-out. Thereafter it shall be deleted.

        Purchase history will be stored during the return and exchange period for the purpose of administrating returns and exchanges.

        If you make a complaint Bow Club may save your data to the extent necessary to handle the complaint. Bow Club may also save the complaint information as such for the remaining period under which the customer is entitled to make a complaint in order to prevent a customer from filing two complaints and being compensated twice for the same defect.

        The information regarding return for accounting purposes shall be stored as long as legally required by applicable law.

        IP-addresses for E-tail Customers will be stored as long as it is necessary for Bow Club to conduct the fraud check risks.

      • 6.3 Account holder

        If an account has not made any purchases or logged into its account during a consecutive period of 36 months Bow Club will contact the you and ask whether the you wish to keep the account. Unless the you confirm that you want to keep the account, the data in the account will be deleted unless we need to keep it for other purposes that are legally justifiable.

      • 6.4 Newsletter subscribers

        The information can be saved as long as you do not unsubscribe from the newsletter but no longer than three years from the subscription date, unless you confirm that you want to keep receiving the newsletter.

    • 7 Your data subject rights

      • In this section 7, we have summarized your data subject rights to request access, portability, rectification, erasure of your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

        If you want to exercise your rights, please send us an e-mail to info@bowclub.se. Please note however that if you want to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, you need to contact the authority directly.

      • 7.1 Right of access

        You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning yourself are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information regarding, inter alia, the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, and the envisaged period of time for which personal data will be stored (or the criteria for determining this).

      • 7.2 Right of rectification

        You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning yourself, and to complete incomplete data.

      • 7.3 Right of erasure

        Under certain circumstances you are entitled to request that we erase your personal data or restrict our processing of your data, namely in the following events.

        When it is no longer necessary for us to process your data taking into consideration the purposes for which it was collected. 

        When our processing is based on your consent and you have withdrawn your consent, and there is no other legal basis for the processing of your data.

        When our processing of your data is based on a legitimate interest legal basis and you object to such processing, and there is no overriding legitimate ground for our processing.

        When you have objected to our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

        When your personal data has been unlawfully processed.

        When the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation that applies to us.

        When the personal data collected concerns a child (under 13 years of age) in relation to the offer of information society services.

      • 7.4 Right to objection - direct marketing and profiling

        You have the right to object at any time to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, we will cease such processing of your data.

      • 7.5 Data portability

        If our processing is based on your consent or if the processing is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, you have the right to request that the data which you have provided to us shall be provided to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you also have the right to transmit such data to another controller.

      • 7.6 Right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority

        Please note that if you consider the processing of your data to be in violation of applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or the place of the alleged infringement (see http://ec.europa.eu/justice/article-29/structure/data-protection-authorities/index_en.htm).

    • 8 How do I unsubscribe from Bow Club’s newsletters and e-mails?

      If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other e-mails, you can unsubscribe as indicated in the particular communication, i.e. by using the unsubscribe link which is included on all newsletters and other e-mails. You may also contact us at info@bowclub.se

    • 9 Is it mandatory to provide personal data?

      When you purchase our products online, or sign up for an account with Bow Club, we will inform you which data is mandatory by marking certain fields with a symbol (*). The provision of mandatory data is necessary for Bow Club to be able to fulfil our contractual obligation to you, for example processing your order, or fulfilling the account services.

      When you purchase our products in our physical stores, you do not have to provide any personal data.

    • 10 Children's privacy and legal purchase age

      Bow Club does not wish to collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you inform and get your parents’ or guardians’ consent before purchasing anything or provide any personal data to us at www.bowclub.se or any other website related to Bow Club.
